There are many worship styles as there are people personalities...That's good! My favorite is Preston Trail Community Church for their focus on welcoming those far away from God (and those with like mission) and for their creative presentation. Great for kids and teens too. Love the slogan, "No Perfect People Allowed." Love God, Love others - that's church. Everything else is just style.

to many opinions for it to happen...and there are real theological differences.

Not a bad thing really - but if we are one body, why so many fractions? It would be cool if we could all be the church of Frisco and just center around Jesus. You tell me why it wouldn't happen?

John - is that a bad thing?

How many churches are there in Frisco/Plano? I think there are about 40 on this site...unbelievable.

I've been "church shopping" and here is what I've found: Stonebriar - good but lots of people Hope Fellowship - good Providence - good Frisco Bible - good Water's Edge - good I'm just going to name the positive :)
Meradith 12/01/2008
Have you been to their new building? It takes some of the crowd away.
Jon 12/01/2008
Providence is a great church. Lots of families with young kids.
Ashlee 12/01/2008
I've heard Stonebriar has a great one, but you have to get there at least 20 min early to navigate the crowds.

Where is there a good children's program?
